Availability
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed via the Aquolution website from the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
By purchasing goods from Aquolution, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are at least 18 years old.
You reside in and order from one of the above countries.
Prices
All prices are stated in EUR and are ex-warehouse Denmark.
Prices include applicable VAT but exclude delivery costs. Shipping costs are shown at checkout once the delivery address is entered.
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, CB (Carte Bancaire), iDEAL, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Price Terms
Prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of ordering unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in:
Raw material costs
Production costs
Exchange rates
Taxes or governmental charges
Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
If a product is incorrectly priced due to an obvious error, we are not obligated to supply it at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation, if the error was clearly recognizable.
Payment must be received before order processing. We are under no obligation to dispatch goods before full payment has been received.
Consumer Rights
Under applicable EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
For single goods: 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
For multiple goods delivered separately: 14 days from receipt of the final item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Aquolution clearly via the contact form or by using the Standard Withdrawal Form found at the bottom of this page.
Returned goods must be sent within 14 days from notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Goods must be handled with reasonable care. Any diminished value caused by unnecessary handling may result in a reduced refund.
Right of Withdrawal – Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., consumables).
Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened.
Custom-made or personalised goods.
Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days whenever possible.
Goods are delivered via GLS or local partners.
Estimated delivery time: 1–6 business days depending on country.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.
If delivery is significantly delayed, your statutory consumer rights apply.
Risk transfers to you upon receipt of the goods.
Delay
A delay of approximately 8 days may normally be considered substantial.
However, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by delivery delays unless required by mandatory law.
Personal Data
Personal data provided via the Aquolution website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you consent to this processing and confirm that your provided information is accurate.
Inspection, Complaints & Returns
Consumers have a statutory 24-month right to claim lack of conformity.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering a defect.
Returns outside the statutory withdrawal or warranty rights must be agreed upon in writing in advance.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed.
Liability Limitation
Aquolution is liable in accordance with mandatory EU consumer protection law.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
Improper use
Modification
Failure to follow instructions
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud
Mandatory product liability
Any rights that cannot legally be limited
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout.
The amount is deducted when the order is dispatched.
Ownership of goods remains with Aquolution until full payment is received.
Force Majeure
Aquolution is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Strikes
War
Natural disasters
Government actions
Supplier delays
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law.
Consumers retain mandatory rights under EU consumer protection legislation.
Language
The contract language shall be English or Danish.

1. Prices
Prices are ex-warehouse Denmark and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to cost changes.
2. Order Changes
Changes or cancellations must be approved in writing and are only possible before production or dispatch has begun.
3. Delivery
Delivery terms are agreed individually with each customer.
Dispatch normally occurs within 1–3 business days if goods are in stock.
We are not liable for losses caused by delivery delays unless due to gross negligence.
4. Delay
Buyers may withdraw from the contract only if delay exceeds 8 days and is not due to force majeure.
Compensation applies only in cases of gross negligence.
5. Inspection & Complaints
The buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
Complaints must be made in writing without undue delay.
Failure to complain in time may result in loss of rights.
Returned goods require prior written agreement.
6. Liability Limitation
Aquolution’s liability is limited to the value of the goods delivered.
We are not liable for operational losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.
The buyer must indemnify Aquolution against third-party claims where we are not legally liable.
7. Payment
Website checkout is not available for B2B customers.
Payment is made according to invoice terms.
Late payments may incur interest.
Ownership remains with Aquolution until full payment is received.
8. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to circumstances beyond our control.
9. Legal Venue
Any dispute shall be settled under Danish law before the competent Danish courts.
10. Confidentiality
Price lists and business information are confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
