Consumer Rights – Aquolution
Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with Aquolution within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires as follows:
For Goods: 14 days after the day you (or a person nominated by you) receive the Goods.
For multiple Goods delivered separately: 14 days after the day you receive the last of the Goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Aquolution of your decision by making a clear statement.
You can do so by:
Submitting the contact form on our website, or
Using the Standard Withdrawal Form down on this site, which can be found at the bottom of this page.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Returning Goods After Withdrawal
If you withdraw after receiving the Goods, you must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods. The Goods must be returned to the return address provided by Aquolution and in accordance with the instructions we supply.
Condition of Goods
You must handle the Goods with reasonable care while they are in your possession.
You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refund Policy
If you cancel the contract in accordance with your legal cancellation rights, Aquolution will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

Refund Timing
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
14 days after we receive the returned Goods, or
14 days after you provide proof of having returned the Goods (whichever occurs first), or
14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract (if no Goods were delivered).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Goods back or received proof that they have been returned.
Other Return Reasons
If you wish to return Goods for any other reason — for example, due to changes in terms, policy updates, or if you claim that a Product is defective — you must notify us in writing using the contact form on our website.
Unless the return concerns a defect, the Goods must be returned at your own expense to the return address provided by Aquolution and in accordance with our instructions.
Defective Goods
If you believe a Product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will examine the returned Product or investigate your complaint and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable timeframe.
If your claim is valid:
We will refund the full purchase price,
Reimburse original delivery charges, and
Cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds for defective products will normally be processed within 14 days after confirmation of your entitlement to a refund.
Refund Method
Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
VAT
Aquolution does not offer VAT refunds for orders placed online. The applicable price is the price displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
Condition of Returned Goods and Possible Deductions
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the Goods resulting from unnecessary handling.
If the Goods have been used or handled beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, only a partial refund may be granted.
We strongly recommend returning the Goods in their original packaging. Missing or damaged original packaging may reduce the refundable amount due to decreased product value.
