A claim investigation may take 14–21 days.

🚛 Receiving Pallet Goods (Road Freight)

Always inspect pallet deliveries carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

If damage is visible:

  • Note the damage clearly on the bill of lading / delivery receipt.

  • Ensure the driver signs the remark.

  • Take photos from multiple angles (including full pallet view).

  • Do not discard damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
